First of all, I’d like to thank all the friends, and random people that come up to me, message me or call me and tell me how I’ve helped them get started on their own fitness journey and motivated them to start. It’s the only reason I make these Embarrassing posts🤦🏽♂️ and I’m grateful and honored to help.
Anyways, It’s been a while since I did an update so here it is lol. After starting out at 242 lbs, I started exercising and dropped to around 232 lbs. Then I started doing a low carb diet with no cheat days and 4 days of weight training a week for 1/2 hour a day, one day of jogging (Well actually walking, cause I was too heavy to jog, and my knees would hurt) for 1/2 Hour every Sunday at work, and walks and short jogs whenever I could at night. And I added in hikes now and then too. I added a cheat meal day once a week and still kept on my low carb diet. I dropped all the way down to 199 lbs. Now I haven’t had a chance to hike, but I weight train at work 3 days a week, CrossFit 1 day a week, jog 1 day a week and hit the gym 3 days a week. With 2 of those days being double workouts most of the time. I’m now bouncing between 205 lbs to 208 lbs. I guess it’s muscle gains but I don’t really see it 😝 lol. But the most noticeable difference to me is my back. Target areas I need to work on harder include 1) Lower stomach (that Faka taking long to disappear 😠) 2) inner thighs (only loose pet of my legs now) and I still have one small side boob action goin on with my right side🤦🏽♂️🤣 Still trying to work hard at it, and not about to quit. All this progress has only been within a 7 month span. This hour was by far my favorite today! Getting to spend time chit chatting with these amazing ladies about how this past week has gone and getting ready to CRUSH the week ahead was a TON of FUN! They even let me talk about managing your time - which is my favorite thing ever!
Getting to know ladies from all across the United States and Canada would never have been possible if I hadn't taken that leap of faith and decided to figure out how to get my life on track and get healthy. Who knew we'd all be where we are now! 💞
I am soooooo excited for the direction of life and the path we are on, and I cannot wait to see where we are in the near future! THINGS ARE HAPPENING! My Challenge Group is seriously kicking A$$ so far this month and I am so freaking proud of each and every one of our ladies! 💞

Day 6 / 80 - Cardio Flow!

My legs and butt are killing me from the last few days. Today was such an Amazing day outside and I wanted to go for a run so bad but I am struggling to walk straight. Please tell me I’m not he only one in this situation right now 😂 Tomorrow will just be a roll and release day with a roller and then back it from the top again on Monday.
