In order for things to change, you have to see them as you want them to be, rather than continuing to observe them as they are. You can dream about something as much as you want, but if you’re sitting on your booty and not doing anything about it, what’s the point? I always wanted to look, feel, and be strong. I can’t even remember exactly how I started weightlifting. I just know that I woke up and I got started. I was tired of wanting it and continuing to not really do anything about it. Anything worth having in life takes time and effort. There are no simple solutions - it’s cliché, but we all know it’s true. If you wait until the ‘perfect time’ or until you’re ready, you’ll be waiting for the rest of your life. The perfect time doesn’t exist and you will never be ready. What’s stopping you from going after what you want? Stop making excuses. Ya got nothin’ to lose. 💜

Week 3 Day 2! Post workout "just got my ass kicked" face. Finally feeling the squats again, was able to hit my % for all sets for the first time this program so that was a huge boost to my mood. Had to rep my Sooners with Baker taking home the Heisman this weekend!! Wheels up on this Tuesday, go attack it!

Smagen blev rigtig fin, men et mindre uheld med bagepapir ødelagde den store fornøjelse. Så jeg prøver lige igen en anden dag 😓🤔

Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. On a personal routine I love to consume a boiled egg after I workout when I get home.
