Then, flexing the spine from the head down to the pelvis - 1 segment at a time. _______ ✅Why tho? Science says 8/10 people will be affected by back pain in their lifetime and lack of mobility is a major player. I would prefer to be in the 2/10 population thanks. ________ For long term spinal health and longevity - we should be able to express controlled movement across ALL OF IT...from the head down to the pelvis. _________ When we have an area that is stiff and functioning poorly - we increase stress at various segments, leading to wear and tear and eventual pain/injury. _________ Give this Segmental Cat / Camel a try. #MindfulMovement Pienso que la clave para mejorar el rendimiento deportivo y la salud psicomotriz está en implementar ejercicios de movilidad, flexibilidad, estabilidad, coordinación y fuerza generales y con plena atención antes de cualquier práctica deportiva. Creo que un atleta con una mente abierta y sin límite de movimiento es un atleta con un potencial tremendo... Pasé algunos años sin entrenar Muay Thai a causa de lesiones y practiqué otros deportes tales como el yoga, el pilates y la gimnasia, y entre ellos encontré una gran similitud ya que todos se ejecutan únicamente con el peso del cuerpo y en relación con el suelo, aunque cada uno tiene un objetivo en particular. A menudo, haciendo ejercicios de yoga me daba cuenta que en vez de seguir la misma secuencia una y otra vez podía improvisar a un ejercicio de pilates o gimnasia, y viceversa, para así desarrollar un mayor rango de movimiento en cada postura y también hacer más entretenida la práctica. Cada vez que lo hacía así sentía trabajar ciertas zonas inactivas que al momento de ejecutar un movimiento como patear contribuían a una mayor elasticidad y estabilidad de mi cuerpo, lo cuál aumentaba la calidad del pateo y también me generaba mayor comodidad al hacerlo. En este vídeo me concentro en el tren inferior y realizo un ejercicio que integra coordinación, alineación, estabilidad, flexibilidad, control y relajación; es uno de mis ejercicios favoritos antes de practicar patadas, gracias a ello he notado mejoras y ya no sufro de molestias en rodillas y cadera. Para cada tipo de práctica, ya sea correr, nadar, pararme de manos, etc. tengo una secuencia especial para preparar las zonas de mi cuerpo que pondré en movimiento, más siempre le doy cabida a ejercicios nuevos para complementar. No soy un especialista, soy un experimentador, aprendo de toda forma de movimiento y aplicó lo que siento armónico con mi estado físico y energético; comparto en mis términos cosas que nos son familiares a todos y nos pueden servir para mejorar. IF YOUR KNEES CAVE IN, THIS MUSCLE WON'T BE TOO HAPPY!⠀ -⠀ When your knees cave in you are easily lining yourself up for pain both around the knee and in a couple of specific muscles. The pain is commonly known as patellar femoral syndrome and typical in many runners.⠀ -⠀ Today we are going to talk about the Vastus Medialis obliquus or VMO is a muscle that usually gets picked on a lot when the knee dives inward. This causes a lot of irritation and is one of the prime contributors to that pain you feel. ⠀ -⠀ Thankfully there is a solution. You will need to be patient as this won't be completely resolved overnight however, it will feel substantially better after you do this. ⠀ -⠀ ➡️ Using the lacrosse ball under the knee, slowly roll it around the lower, inner portion of your thigh. When training with the mace we must focus on proper mechanics and reps. Часто из-за неправильной техники нагрузку на этих упражнениях берут на себя те же квадрицепс и приводящая... Ну и конечно мобильность и стабильность суставов.... Когда более стабильный начинает компенсировать нагрузку и становится более мобильным..... Появляется дискомфорт и боль, например в спине... Техника, правильная техника!!!
