I received this @itcosmetics Brow Power universal brow pencil in my January @boxycharm and although I don't "do" my brows often, I do like having a good eyebrow pencil around for special occasions. Compared to the other three brands I have, this pencil is definitely stiffer, allowing for lighter color. Since it's "universal", for my dark eyebrows I needed to press harder to get a better color payoff, and it was a little bit scratchy. I don't think this would work for everyone - for me it's a bit too light. I would say this is a neutral color, too, and my eyebrows are definitely cool toned. Since my hair is a bit lighter than my eyebrows, I can use this pencil to "soften" the look of my eyebrows, so still usable for me, but like I said, not perfect. Otherwise it's not a bad pencil, and I with they had a range of shades instead of this one "universal" shade. The spoolie is great for blending.

Steps Janelle takes when waxing/shaping each Brow.
STEP 1: Measure brow and fill in to follow a guideline when waxing to prevent from ever waxing too much hair.
STEP 2: DEFINE brow by trimming and tweezing.
Every brow is different and every pair of eyebrow is different so it’s important I pay attention to detail which is why make up is removed after wax.
STEP 3: Fill in brows naturally. Notice how it is very light.
STEP 4: Clean brow with concealer or brow higher to bring a more defined shape to the brow. Pay attention as this step is key for a cleaner looking brow.
STEP 5: Make you smile.
