Next week I am leaving Seoul because of my new university to learn rehabilitation and sport medicine. My dream is to be a physical coach and a football coach and I am stepping a new step of my life. So sadly I had to stop this 1on1 training with my kids. .
It was a wonderful experience to coach this kids for 7 months.
-JJ and Moon started in local football class but got into pro U-15 club. -Do Yoon was having a hard time after he changed his position from CB to striker but after he spent time with me he became the top-scorer in his team.
-Ji Kang changed his team and he is starting his new journey!
-Sung Kyul and Keun is working hard in their team
The happiest thing to see as a coach is that they use what I taught them and become their style of play. I really thank them.
My videos will mainly focus on workout and solo football training drills until I get to teach another players! .
제가 다음주에 운동처방과 재활을 배우러 대학을 들어가게 되어 서울을 떠나게 됩니다. 아쉽게도 아이들과의 훈련은 더 진행 못하디만 제 꿈인 피지컬코치와 축구코치에 한걸음 더 나아가게 되네요.
7달동안 아이들과의 훈련은 너무나도 재미있었고 저에게 많은 교훈을 준 것 같습니다.
-지주와 지혁이는 구에서 진행하는 클럽에서 시작했지만 올해 명문인 U-15축구부에 들어가게 되었습니다.
-도윤이는 포지션을 센터백에서 스트라이커로 바꿔 골이 없어 힘들어 했지만
저와 훈련 후 팀내 득점왕이 되었습니다. -지강이는 팀을 바꿔 새롭게 팀에 적응하고 선배들 훈련에도 참가하면서 실력을 입증해가고 있습니다.
-성결이와 근희는 짧은 시간 훈련 했지만 팀에서 열심히 하고 있습니다.
코치로 있으면서 가장 기뻤던 일은 아이들이 제가 가르친 것은 쓰고
각자의 플레이 스타일이 잡혔다는 것 입니다. 아이들에게 고맙습니다.
앞으로 제 비디오는 레슨이 생기지 전까지 운동영상과 솔로 훈련 영상 위주로 찍을 예정입니다.

💥WHY YOU HAVE "TIGHT" HAMSTRINGS💥
🦄The thing about tight hamstrings is, many times, they aren't really tight.
☕️Even if they FEEL tight, they're often being over stretched because you're standing like Kim K (pelvis tilting forward, low back arched, butt sticking out) which tugs on your hamstrings and stretches them further. This is one reason why people *think* they have tight hamstrings - because they feel tight, even though they're actually over stretched.
🦄In this case, the "fix" is not to stretch your hamstrings. That makes it worse. Instead, you want to focus on strengthening your abs and glutes because weakness in these two muscle groups (coupled with tight hip flexors) cause this whole mess of muggles to happen in the first place.
☕️There are many hundreds of spells and charms and exercises to strengthen your abs and glutes. The simplest and, arguably most effective, being planks and glute bridges. Do these daily (twice daily, if you can) for 1-3 sets of 15-30sec planks and 8-12 glute bridges. As you get stronger, progress to more challenging variations of each (single leg planks, single leg glute bridges, etc).
🦄Important to note, this does not apply to everyone. Some people really do have "tight" hamstrings. Many men, for example, just have terrible mobility and would do well to stretch their hamstrings daily. But many athletes and women fall into this "Kim K Posture" (Anterior Pelvic Tilt) and relentlessly try to stretch their hamstrings but never make much headway and this is exactly why --> their hamstrings aren't tight, they're actually over stretched.

I wish I had half the discipline of @15_and_in_the_gym when I was his age. He simply trusts the process and puts in the work. He's completed the post football season training block I programmed for him and shown are his new PRs. 280lbs squat which is a 30lb improvement. 192LBS Bench Press which is a 7lb improvement. Now we begin making him a better football player as we begin his off season training blocks incorporating more endurance and speed training. Learning programming for a sport other than powerlifting and body building that incorporates more than just weight training has been a wonderful experience.
