Oh my lanta!
This soup! 😋 the base made in 6 minutes in the blender, adding noodles and chicken breast with a sprinkle of chili peppers on top!
The flavor is intense and it is clean eating at its finest! Meal Prep is under way and I will be sharing some of the process in my stories!
I have a true love for Thai food and hope that someday I can venture to Thailand to try the real thang!
Throughout the week I will post the meals with recipes!
In the blender I put
•1 celery stalk
•1/2 red bell pepper
•1/2 green Apple
•1 green onion
•1 small zuchini
•1 lemon slice with peel on
•1 clove garlic with skin
•1 inch sliced fresh ginger
•1 inch jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)
•handful of cilantro
•3/4 cup cashews or coconut milk
•1 cup vegetable broth
•1 cup water
Blended in my @vitamixca on high for 6 minutes and low for 1 to remove foam on top.
Sunday scenes: Homemade Matcha Moringa Lattes with a side of Cacao Fat Balls 🍫🏀💚 Made these yesterday and they turned out really delish 👌🏻 Didn't wrote down the recipe but I'll try and recreate them for you guys! But they were basically Almond butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, Almond Flour, coconut flour, cacao nibs, and a lil sweetener 🤤💯♥️ Hope you're all having a relaxin sunday!!
