Turkey, Bacon, and Swiss. Did I forget to mention that Turkey, Bacon, and Swiss sandwiches are my absolute favorite. Also known as a Superbird at Denny's, and thanks to my #ketogenic lifestyle I got to enjoy it for dinner tonight. These days I'm doing my best to navigate maintenance and muscle building. I have even been incorporating my superfood shakes because my appetite has increased with my intense workouts. So far so good, but it's definitely a process. I'm sure I'll figure it out but any advice from others who are currently in maintenance is welcome. Did you increase carbs at all, calories?
For someone who barely studied for tests in high school, I found unexpected healing in studying for finals the last three days. Super stressful, but full-on grinding, no makeup, just determined to keep moving. Lived off sugar and brewed green tea for caffeine, felt gross at times. But totally embracing that #collegelife. Brb... DEVOURING this much needed salad 🙇🏻♀️🥗💓
