When I travel, I still get up before everyone else and workout. I love finding gyms in the cities I'm in and have found some seriously badass places to workout! This gym is definitely in the top 3! Here is yesterday's workout. I've been crunching numbers to convert kg's to lbs, so these are approximate weights in lbs: 🇨🇭Weighted Chin-Ups: 10x3, 5x3, 5x3, 5x2 🇨🇭Lat Pulldowns: 100x12, 120x8, 125x8 🇨🇭2 DB Bent Over Rows: These take focus to use the muscles you want to hit. You can make it more rear felt or more back depending on how you do it and your mind/muscle connection. 🇨🇭DB Snatch: 30x10, 38x8, 38x8 per side 🇨🇭DB PAuse+ Fast Hip Thrusts: 55x15+10+5 second hold x 3 sets 🇨🇭DB One Arm Row: 65x8,8,8 🇨🇭Barbell Deadlift + Row: 65x10,10,10. I really like these and have my clients do them often.
