Pictures taken minutes apart. "you don't even look 500lbs" standing up vs sitting down. Don't be fooled by posed photos. I had a fantastic fucking day yesterday. I spent hours walking around the mall doing regular people things. I explored shops and didn't spend a single second of my life worrying about what strangers were staring at me or who was going to take a photo of me. I got almost 8k steps at the mall and that in itself is a huge accomplishment.
