We have a confession to make: we've had a crappy February so far when it comes to going to the gym. We've been busy and *cough*lazy*cough and struggling with motivation.
But it isn't the end of our adventure. We've seen results, we've pushed our bodies and smashed PRs and we just can't toss that all away!
We're bound to misstep and fumble once in a while, but we're going to continue our adventure and go strong!
