Probably one of my biggest fitness accomplishments to date; ran 9 miles today by myself. I didn’t know i could be this mentally strong. I knew I could eventually run 9, but did I want to? Hell no. Just a reminder to keep going when shit gets hard. #fit4lyfe#fitnessfreak#longdistancenewbie

You can eat healthy and lose fat but the main determinant of whether you’ll lose fat or not is a calorie deficit!
❌NO CALORIE DEFICIT = ❌ NO FAT LOSS
So don’t think that just because you’re eating a kale superfood salad for lunch today that you’ll be automatically be burning fat, makes sure you’re in a calorie deficit too! 😄👍💪
