After a couple weeks of going strong with my workouts, my body is telling me it's time to relax and stretch and I'm going to listen. My low back is really quite sore (am I 100?!?!).👵 . Tonight I'm focusing on a nice warm bath with essential oils and some stretching.🛀 . I'm hoping I'll be back to feeling 💯 tomorrow morning. .
