If you keep healthy food in your fridge, then you will eat healthy food! 🤷‍♀️ On Sunday night in the Jensen house, we meal prep. It has become a tradition for us to cook our food for the week, so we will have a fully stocked fridge—this makes it SOOOO much easier to stay on track with our meal plan. When I get home from work, I don’t have to stress about what I’m going to cook for dinner because it’s done... yay!! 👩‍🍳❤️👍 A few things we always have in our fridge ready to go: - grilled chicken - ground turkey - tilapia (I only like to keep this in our fridge for about 1-2 days, so we cook it during the week as well) - veggies - rice - steel cut oats - liquid egg whites (one of my favorite sources of protein!!) Remember... food is the fuel for our bodies, so it’s worth taking the extra time!! Your body will appreciate it 😉 Xoxo ❤️🤗❤️

Finishing up a little meal prepping tonight, I'll get a little more done on Monday evening. But for tonight, I've mixed up a little salad for lunch. I'll add some baked sweet potatoes to go along with it for my carb. Rice or quinoa on the side would be good as well. 12 Oz. cooked shrimp, cut in half 1/2 cucumber, diced 1 medium raw zucchini, diced handful of cherry/grape tomatoes, halved Half of lime, juiced Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 TSP garlic powder Mix all together and serve.

As basic as it sounds, focusing on fitness to attain my dream body has always been one of my New Years resolutions throughout the past few years. Although I have managed to stick to it throughout the years by eating clean and hitting the gym, my body has yet to get to where I want and need it to be. I know that we are only being a month and a half into 2018, but I literallyyyy have never been or felt so focused and invested this much energy into attaining my goals. I have made drastic changes in crucial aspects such as my diet, since I started counting macros, as well as my workout plans which are much more goal-oriented. I know that this is a process and requires lots of time, patience, and drive but if there’s anything that I’m thirsty for, it’s to reach my goals.
