Got this message the other day from a member of our 90 Day program, Oscar @ozsride.
Seeing hard work pay off into real and tangible results is awesome and one of the things that keeps me doing what I love every day.
Down 15 pounds and 7% body fat is a pretty remarkable accomplishment, especially in just the first 6 weeks and is making a significant impact on his lifestyle and health.
Oscar is just following the road map he was given, is busting his ass in the gym and making smart food choices and is now seeing big changes.
Take a look if you’re ready for change, just visit the link in my bio for the details.
A simple after workout snack for today. Not hard to get some goodness into the body.

I may be smiling in this picture because yes I am happy with how I am looking and I am slowly getting more okay with my body, however inside I am a wreck. My poor sister is sick and there’s nothing I can do to help her accept always be there for her , mental illness is so so hard on everyone , trying to push through and stay positive . please send positive vibes over because I have also learned who my real friends are in times like this and it makes me even sadder .. ✌🏼🙏🏼
I was tagged by the lovely @trekkingtracy some time ago to share 5 cool facts about myself and I’m finally getting to it. Let’s see....I’m not that cool...
1) I grew up in a small California desert town where it’s not unusual for the Summer temperature to reach 115 🔥
2) I love to camp and be outdoors 🏕
3) I’ve hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and stayed at Phantom Ranch for 2 nights. Amazing experience.
4) Part of my job involves shocking people.
5) I love creating things, and especially sewing on this beauty behind me 😊
I’ve tagged a few friends to play😊at their convenience.
“ I Gotta Be Me” So here we are day 49/365. I’ve been back and forth on how i want to share my health and fitness journey. I need something that’s not cliché, that stands apart from the rest. I could easily do a blog or you tube but that’s time consuming. Instead I’m going to journal my health and fitness journey but from the perspective of my running experiences i.e. marathon training, races, 50 State challenge, Boston Marathon qualifying, run streaks, running the big 6, 7 continents etc etc.. still a work in progress for now. I get a lot of questions about my 100lb loss, nutrition, work outs etc. I’m trying to cover as much as possible... bear with me 😊😉 Ps: I went to Target for some tooth paste and ended up purchasing these really cool liquid chalk markers. Updating my board as we speak. #runnersofinstagram#runwithpurpose#motivation#100lbsdown#marathontraining#healthandfitness#fitforlife#fitspo#payingitforward#runislife#openjournal#wordsofencouragement#wordsofwisdom
