Jadi kalau ga makan nasi, tapi makan 1 buah kentang, sama aja ternyata 😁😁 >> Tahukah anda, makan 1 wadah kerupuk uyel isi 10, kalorinya sama dengan 1.5piring nasi loh.
Bagaimana dengan krupuk yg gak di goreng?? Ternyata kita juga ga boleh berlebih lho, karena bahannya adalah tepung 😁😁 >> Tahukah anda, aerobik 30-45 menit, membakar 350 kcal.. Artinya, kalau kita senam aerobik, dan stelah itu makan nasi lengkap dengan lauk pauk, olahraga akan berfungsi untuk kebugaran saja, bukan untuk turun berat badan. Klo orang jawa bilang: MUSPRO hehehe 😁😁 Nahh, yang merasa ga makan banyak.. Tapi berlebih berat badan.. Mungkin anda perlu tahu lebih banyak tentang kalori pada makanan yang anda makan.. I definitely wore the right shirt for today’s 40 minute CORE CARDIO workout! Even though it was 20 minutes shorter than the previous two days, it was the hardest one for me so far. Day three DONE! 👊🏻 Only 77 days to go! 😂
Strength is still going up! So, yes, this will be a rant, sorry the video isn't all hd and cool, but I have a point to make. When I started my offseason prep last June, I could barely row 315. When I started contest prep 14 weeks ago, I could hit 365 for 3 or 4. I'm now 8 wks out and tonight I hit 5 reps at 405, 425 and 445, then came back down and did 3 sets of 15 at 315.
I don't post numbers a lot because I don't care to brag. I know I'm strong and I also know a lot of guys with mediocre physiques "lift more" because they don't know what the hell they're doing. No, this isn't about the numbers themselves, it's about the progression. At one point or another, every one of my athletes complains about how weak they are on prep. Literally one low carb day and they act like they need wheelchair just you walk.
I post this to make the point that it's nearly all mental. You CAN get stronger through prep. It's actually pretty simple. Every single week I TRY to go heavier than my previous best. Most weeks I fail. This is the 4th week straight trying to row 405 and it's the first time it felt good. When you're on prep, don't be a freaking baby. Train as hard week 16 as you did week 1, just don't think about all the reasons you shouldn't be able to!
