Tonight's workout was biceps-triceps-forearms at the gym. Finished my workout with farmers walk. 202 lb each arm 💪🏻 Also pumped I got to rock my new @barbellsandbadges shirt. The shirts are comfy and stylish. Go check them out!

When I began my LEO career I was in corrections, 310 lbs at my highest weight. I realized this was not going to be safe for myself, fellow officers or the community. I set out on a lifestyle change and transformed into a better officer, transferred to patrol and achieved many goals. But the main goal I’ve achieved and I’ve been able too over and over is GOING HOME SAFE after my 12 hour shift. Do what you can to have the upper edge, whether it be eat a salad or snack on veggies instead of fast food or a bag of chips. Go for a run instead of binging on Netflix. Stay determined and you’ll never be defeated! And if you’re going to hold the line make sure your strand is 💪
