Just a little Holiday Season check-in. For no reason.
I see little bits of progress here and there. It's slow going, but that's the nature of it. Quads are definitely starting to happen, but I'm not lean enough for it to make much impact yet. Biceps still need a lot of help. A thumb injury will put a stop to curling faster than anything.
