I'm leaning down so I can look decent in #Hawaii for our 10 year #wedding anniversary in May. Low carbs today due to lack of preparation on my end but still had an "OK" #pump for #Shoulders this evening. So far, I feel I look my best between 204-207. Honestly, I'm not really concerned about the scale but I do have a certain look I want to obtain. I have a little time to make some progress so we'll see what we see! I'm currently sitting at 216, down from 225 at the beginning of January. Hey y’all this week has been tough on your boy. From still dealing with my grandma’s passing in January to personal issues and stresses. The gym has always been where I go to take care of my anxiety and my pain. For me the physical struggle of lifting calms my mind and allows me to feel better. Today I let that pain out in a crazy long half hour deadlift session. I started at 135lb and slowly built my way up to 300lb for 3 solid reps. From the sped up pacing you can see your boy was going through mental gymnastics before that last lift lol. For now that’s my personal best, but I know I can do better!Also, anyone out there dealing with any kind of anxiety or depression, know that you’re not alone!
