t.u.b. I'm down to my last cigar which I will smoke at sunset in the tub in my private garden. I so needed this. Up next...I'm posting the 100 pictures I took of various temples. I adore Luang Prabang. Laos is officially on my return to list. #caressaeverywhere#gardentub#luangprabang#laos
One of the stops over the weekend at the beautiful blue spa pools in Cardwell 💦 I’ve got a trip coming up to Magnetic Island, very keen to show you what I’ve got in store!
Thanks a heap to the awesome team at @baiia_label 👙✌🏿
I love going to greenhouses and botanical gardens 💚 It gives me my tropical fix whenever I feel like I've been in the city for too long 🌺
Happy Monday 🤗 time to start the new week climbing mountains and reaching new goals ✨#pma #travelinladies

Home...what a concept, aye? I wrote a post 2.5 years ago about how if home is a place, that place is absolutely without a shadow of a doubt New Zealand. I wrote it during my 2015 month-long stay, but I could have written that post in 2011 when I studied here or 2012 during a month-long Christmas holiday here or anytime from 2013-2014 when I lived and worked here for a year. Because I knew the moment I stood in front of ocean here in the Wellington wind that this was it. I was in love with this place, its people, a guy, and I felt safe enough here to begin fully loving myself. Coming here again, laughing and drinking and cliff jumping and getting sunburnt and hiking in the wild...I am reminded of why I’m so in love with life here. New Zealand is home, still and always. 🇳🇿 #SLKatHome#NewZealand
I had the best time exploring Port Macquarie for the first time on the weekend! I had no idea it was such a gorgeous spot with around a dozen spectacular beaches like the one in this pic. It’s pretty cool being a tourist in your own state... plus, it’s a good opportunity for a road trip with the boyf!🌞🌞🌞
Make time to rest
Rest is crucial to achieving all round success.
Without rest, you have no energy, with no energy there is no focus and you are devoid of all ability to truly enjoy the present moment or make sound decisions.
You can't run on empty and expect to deliver results over the long term so make it a priority. Your future self will thank you for it!
Shut down the distractions, stop and see the beauty that lies before you.
