1 large sweet potato (washed and cut)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of cornmeal
1 ripe avocado
1 small bunch of coriander
1/2 lime (juiced)
1 tablespoon of dairy-free yoghurt (I use plain coconut yoghurt)
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Toss sweet potato in olive oil and cornmeal.
3. Spread out on a baking tray and place in the oven for 40-50 minutes (or until crunchy and golden).
4. In a food processor, blend the coriander to break up the leaves, then add the remaining ingredients.
5. Serve together and enjoy!

The new fall cocktail menu is out folks and there is some dope & interesting things going on at @rbarbaltimore in @rhousebaltimore. They've rolled out some Poe themed cocktails and this Cask of Amontillado (get the mezcal version always) does great justice to the theme. I'll warn you now, it may not be for everyone (I loved it) but it sure will the most interesting cocktail you've had in a long time. Amontillado sherry, mezcal, lime, wasabi from @hilo_pokesushi, & sesame oil. Savory with a little bite. Half the time I didn’t know what I was drinking. The other half, I wasn’t sure if it was a drink. Such a great and interesting flavor combination. The cocktail game is so strong in Charm City right now fam.
