‼️WHY YOU’RE FAT//WHY YOU AREN’T SUCCESSFUL‼️
👉🏻I’m going to make it clear that I am VERY sympathetic and believing of certain things… genetics and experience (how we grew up) will always play a role in how easy being healthy is. Obviously, if you grew up in an unhealthy home with parents who only ever fed you junk or weren’t around to teach you why health was important, your BATTLE is going to be harder or longer than someone who grew up in a home where health was a priority. HOWEVER, if you're a fully functioning, conscious human being, you know just as well as the guy who grew up with the paleo mom that being healthy is important. .
❌Right off the bat, lack of accountability is going to be your downfall. You’re looking left and right, saying your genetics are this, your parents did that, you don’t have time, you’re busy, being healthy is expensive, you’re stressed, the gym is intimidating, blah, blah, blah. Lack of accountability for your actions is a VICTIM mindset and YOUR victim mindset it the reason you continue to fail or remain stagnant in your life. .
✅Guess what? You are not a victim of the entire cereal box YOU ate last night and you are not a victim of the hundreds of oz of alcohol YOU chose to guzzle this past month. YOU are not a victim of the fact that YOU chose to sleep in 2 extra hours instead of making time for the gym. YOU are not a victim of the fact that you choose to go out to buy shitty meals all week, instead of choosing to budget $50-$60 for healthy food for the WHOLE week. If Gary Vee and Andy Frisella can make time for the gym... you OBVIOUSLY have time for the fucking gym. .
✅If you want to become healthy or successful, you have to choose to interpret your negative experiences and your negative circumstances as OPPORTUNITIES for POSITIVE CHANGE. You have to acknowledge the strength and courage you have acquired along your journey and channel it into something GOOD. You have to choose to admit that your reality, how you feel and how you think is a byproduct of what YOU choose to think and what YOU choose to feel. Fight to make the fucking change. .

How do I get abs? #1 question I get (besides how do I get a tiny waist) from people. You train your abs and feed your body the right food and they will come. Abs are just like any other muscle in order for them to grow you have to train them. Anyone who says just eat clean and take a fat burner is full of sh**. 🙄 js 💅🏽💪🏽 Quit trying to skip #thestruggle you’re only disappointing yourself. Fitness is a journey it has ups and downs lefts and rights and all in between there’s no quick fix there’s no magic pill. Just work.

I’m baaaaack! (kinda) I have to have surgery on both shoulders but I’m most likely not going to go through with surgery. There’s a handful of reasons why that for now I won’t get into. On a happy note, I killed leg day and look forward to eating lots of mashed potatoes over the next few days!
