I was working at Blink on my last birthday and my team threw me a surprise celebration. They brought in a cake, decorated my office and gave me small gifts. ARE YOU DOING LANDMINE ROWS?? I love this exercise for many different reasons!!
1️⃣ I get a really good Lat contact when doing these instead of doing dumbbell rows. Not to say that dumbbell rows aren’t good AT ALL. Just saying for me I really get a good stretch and great feedback from doing this exercise when I’m building my back.
2️⃣ It also works on firing your obliques. When your bent over, keeping your spine straight, knees slightly bent, you want to focus on not rotating as you pull. If you find your self rotating when you are pulling the bar, you need to drop the weights abit. It’s a 2 for 1 deal in my opinion .
Next time your in the gym training your back, add this exercise to your plan and do 4x8-10 reps with good control. Get to it!!! 💪🏾
