First set was a circuit of 4 - Plyobox Jumps, Slams to ladder work, Rowing and Bench Press. 2 Rounds - 1 Minute on each then 45 secs on each.
1 min of Summit trainer whilst other partner does a sled push for 1 Minute then switch. X 2 rounds
Battle ropes 1 Minute -> Leg raises 30 seconds X 3 Rounds
Tyre flips to a push whilst other partner does leg raises then switch. X 3 rounds
What does it mean to be strong? To be strong is not only being capable of lifting heavy things, it means you got up and got yourself to the gym even though you didn’t feel like going. Every day I get to work with a lot of different amazing women who sometimes tell me they are not strong enough to be doing certain things. To me, the fact that you are here and you want to do something for you, to improve yourself and to improve your quality of life means strength. You are strong because you stopped thinking about it and you went for it, you are strong because it takes a lot to do something you are not comfortable with and you did it. Everything we do in the gym is new to you, it doesn’t mean you can’t do it. It only means you have to teach your body how to do it and roll with it. So every time you think you can’t do something remember, this is new to you and all you need to do is learn the movement, you can do it! Have fun, be playful and believe in yourself! A big shout out to @soozandsam and @christiannegonzalez for showing us that going to the gym is way more fun when you open your mind to new things and when you are surrounded by awesome people!!! 💪🏽👏😍😜😅🤪🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️

She was side-by-side with 14 other UFC GYM Coaches! (She had no one in her division for today's BJJ tournament; so this was the “fall back plan” for the weekend 😊)
