About last night: when researching for this weekend getaway, I somehow stumbled upon @bas_rouge in Easton and knew we had to go. If it’s good enough for @ericripert, it’s good enough for me! A true gem and one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. This was the amuse bouche: a veal sausage with Dijon and cabbage salad.
