My Story: I'm clearly not fit at all. I have been going to the gym off and on for the last four years. And no results. I've been doing treadmills, diets, ellipticals, and all the other crap they say to lose that fat and so on. Again. Nothing worked. I've been doing some research, comparisons, and tests to see why. The first reason why, is people calling me fat. I've had doctors, enemies, friends, family, you name it telling me how overweight I am as if I don't know. So, I started to ignore them. I look the way I look because I want to. Then I started to look at myself and figure out how I felt about myself; let's say it wasn't good. So that's when my journey began. First was, food. Food intake is 80% of what could be wrong and only 20% workout. Yeah, I know, that's all people talk about. But, did you know you really can eat whatever you want with just a few modifications? I will make some videos and guidelines in the future to show you what I do. Then to the 20% workout. I think it's crazy we've wasted all this time doing just working out and getting no where to find it's only 20% effective. BUT, it's also the type of workout, I'll discuss that later. So when I did the gyms off and on and somewhat better diets, I lost 5-10 pounds and nothing more. Since I've started this new stuff about 5 weeks ago, I've lost almost 15 pounds. FIVE WEEKS not 4 YEARS. A difference right? So I am here to motivated you, to guide you, to help you. I WANT to HELP you. I also am accepting help and ideas from you. ITS FALL Y'ALL. This is not a drill, this is what we've been preparing for. Bring on the pumpkin spice everything and come at me bro about being basic ✌🏻. Spent this Friday afternoon playing tennis in the crispy fall air and sunshine ☀️. Lately, this is the kind of exercise I'm into. Fun, natural, involving hanging with the boo and getting some fresh air. I think we go through stages- sometimes we are super into HIIT or heavy lift, maybe even spinning (you know, until your butts super sore from the seat and you're like ha maybe not), but right now NONE OF IT interests me.
