ATTENTION LADIES & GENTLEMAN... I have never been so excited to announce something (although my e-book came pretty close). For those who don't know, I suffered from a pretty bad eating disorder from the age of 19 - 23. It was only through the use of a hypnotherapist and a lot of hard work on my own that I was able to fully overcome this. It was through this journey that I discovered the INCREDIBLE power of the mind. We literally have the capability to achieve ANYTHING if we can figure out how to tap into our subconscious and create certain behaviour patterns that stick.
For 6 months I have worked on creating a program that was based off this exact mentality - changing our 'mind' to achieve results. I truly believe that I have created something that is not only long lasting but will create happiness and balance within your life. Say GOODBYE to dieting and having to punish yourself to get results. That is NO WAY to live.
If you are someone that is a yoyo dieter or is stuck in that same rut feeling shit about yourself time and time again then THIS IS FOR YOU.
Allow yourself to try something completely different and one that is extremely good for your mind, body and soul.
My program is going to be launching FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER on Thursday the 1st of March (SO EXCITING)... Head to this link in my bio to read more about the program and if you enter the code 'MINDBODY' you can get 20% off!! For those who have already purchased my e-book - check your email for a cheeky surprise which is linked to this program ;) if you haven't purchased my e-book and want this surprise then head to my website and grab my e-book for just $5! www.wholistic-nutrition.com
Its not a stupid question and who am I to be judging who should know what. I am hear to simply relay the information. Fun fact for you. Gmo's are banned in nearly 40 countries around the world because of the adverse health effects they have on the people that eat them. But over here in the United States somehow they are readily available to us and our children. Just something you should know. Sending love, light, peace and positive energy to you with Godspeed. Keeping your bones strong depends more on preventing the loss of calcium from your body than on boosting your calcium intake.
A number of factors affect calcium loss from the body:
Diets that are high in protein cause more calcium to be lost through the urine.
Protein from animal products is much more likely to cause calcium loss than protein from plant foods. This may be one reason that vegetarians tend to have stronger bones than meat-eaters.
Diets high in sodium increase calcium losses in the urine.
Caffeine increases the rate at which calcium is lost through urine.
Smoking increases the loss of calcium from the body
Many people avoid milk because it contains saturated fat, cholesterol, allergenic proteins, lactose sugar, and frequent traces of contamination, or simply because they don’t feel well after consuming dairy products. Milk is also linked to type 1 (juvenile-onset) diabetes and other serious conditions. Happily, there are many other good sources of calcium that can be found in a plant-based diet.

I often get asked why I fought so hard to stay alive early in my journey knowing full well no patient before me with a similiar size mpnst spinal sarcoma tumor had every lived past the 6 month threshold🙏My reply is usually, "I cant lie it was devastating to me momentarily but time is what I didnt have. And Just Like That, I was literally thrust into a sink or swim decision making scenario and I am SO GLAD I chose to swim.I dug deep within, pulled my self together and tapped into an energy greater than my own, Cheri Wilburn Evans,my deceased mother who also was dealt a similar hand of cards by Life, but while she was alive you would never know it because she played them with a smile like she was holding a straight flush".Thank You Mommy For Showing Me How To Do This🙏💚🐝

SELF CARE CHALLENGE: As I sit here posting this it makes me aware of how critical we can be on ourselves. I challenge you to write one thing you love about yourself in the comment section, as well as how hard it was to post it. Then I want you to think why it was so hard - was it embarrassing to write as you don't want people to know you love that about yourself, in case they don't think the same? Is it because you struggling with noticing the amazing parts of you and only ever focus on the negative?
One thing I love about MYSELF is my bodies ability to do cool 'shit'!! I love having a body that enables me to do handstands, to tumble, to just throw myself around and flip. This is a true story - when ever I feel down about how my body looks I literally say to myself 'hey if I had a different body maybe I wouldn't be able to do the things I can currently do'. Which is so true. I'm so used to my body shape and I am so confident and trusting in the things I try to achieve. It's amazing having a body that can be powerful, strong and flexible. 💕
