Ya feel me?๐Ÿ’• Here me out...I have worked with hundreds of people over the past 3 years- challengers and coaches alike. I have heard every excuse, obstacles every self limitation, every well planned reason you could imagine. I do NOT judge anyone for them, as I also, used to have a billion of them myself! What if I fail?! What if, what if, what if.๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ณ There is a difference between waiting for the perfect time, and being READY (mainly internally) to fully commit to a change, despite the timing. ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸปInterest VS commitment.โœŠ๐Ÿป We all have fear, anxiety, self doubts, obstacles, time issues, past failures, and it is easy to avoid things that shake up the status quo and make us uncomfortable. It requires NOTHING different of us. Really though, it's legit human nature, survival mode, to want to be COMFORTABLE.๐ŸŒธ But comfortable doesn't get you anywhere different. It doesnt call on you to GROW. To push. To see what you are CAPABLE of. Comfortable, easy, and staying where you are-- will never get you anywhere or anything different. Getting uncomfortable in pursuit of something greater, retraining your thoughts, and actions-- to get there, DOES. If you are READY to make a change, you will make the CHOICE to. If you are not, you will CHOOSE not to. Either way, it is a choice. It is really important to OWN the fact that you are control. You have to give yourself permission to succeed + know you have ALL you need within you to see yourself through ANY change you seek. You are worth it. Lean it. Get uncomfortable. You are capable. My fave. I get lost in the focus + stability + movement of my body. I find calm, clarity, answers for things on my mind.๐Ÿ’• And he's pretty dang cute with his attempts.๐Ÿ˜ They're always watching, mimicking, learning, following suit. We must be mindful of that.๐ŸŒŸ

Alarm set ๐Ÿ•— Workout done โœ… This is our typical Saturday morning. Start the weekend off with a good sweat and a few laughs in our garage. Ok, maybe a few curses too๐Ÿ˜ But we work it out together. I like to think of it like a date night, but our date morning. If I were to take us back to pre-Beachbody Tabs and Jeff... I'd sleep till 9:30. Wake up, lay in bed still tired. Get up, walk straight to coffee maker, grumble at kids, mosey around the house. Plop down in front of the tv and watch some mindless show๐Ÿ™ˆ Maybe have a nap 2 hrs later๐Ÿ˜‚ Today, workout is done by 8:30, in to make breakfast and a cup of coffee โ˜•๏ธ We always sit together chat about what we have planned for the day and set off. By 9:30 I'm ready to run out and grab a few things at the grocery store, with a load of laundry in the wash started! ๐Ÿ‘š๐Ÿ‘•๐Ÿ‘–Man has our lives changed. Now if you know my hubby, he's always been like this, and it's been a long standing argument between us. Get up he'd say, start your day, you'll get more done. But when your feeling lousy or even a bit depressed, getting anything done doesn't matter. The last thing I actually wanted to do was accomplish anything. I'm feeling grateful this morning for how our lives have changed.โค๏ธ I feel great! Working out in the morning sets your intentions for the day. How often have you made a choice, set a new goal, set out to create a new habit, set out to change something about yourself, desired to do something different and quit? Or not REALLY followed through to the potential of that which you're capable of? I can easily say SO many!! Then, I learned this little magic C word. Consistency. AND-- I often like to ask myself once I decide on something--- "what happens, if I DON'T?" Too often I think we're SO conditioned to instant gratification, that we pretend we've made a DECISION to do something. Then, you slip up, life gets "busy", you fail, shit doesn't go as planned, you didn't see progress as fast as you think you should, OR-- a BIG one, things get uncomfortable and you're like EHH, I'm done!โœŒ๐Ÿป๏ธ I've gotta say, you're only cheating yourself. You're burying your potential under your BS excuses (I know because I used to be a chronic quitter of all things or an overanalyze to paralyze kinda girl because I wasn't clear what I wanted or what it took to get there!). Whether it's building a business, setting a fitness or nutrition goal, deciding to change your mindset and be more positive, creating a new habit like time management, learning self love, strengthening relationships, etc. Things take TIME, intention, a change in perspective, personal growth & that magic C word. Imagine what would happen if you worked at something relentessly EVERY single day?๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป Hell ya, it'll be hard. Absolutely, it'll be messy. You bet, youre gonna be tested. But-- you're gonna get better! And, it will be SO worth it! Once you make a DECISION, it wasn't about will power, or resisting temptation, or questing if a choice or "sacrifice" or time spent was worth it. I KNEW IT WAS. With any change we seek, it's ALWAYS about the no BS, no backing down, no wishy-washy- DECISION. Ya know when things really changed for me? When I turned my excuses {I had SO many--- I'm a single mom. I don't have time. I can't get to a gym. I have no energy. I have constant cravings. Celebrate ALL those little wins no one else sees, clap for YOURSELF (like when feel like you can only do 1 more rep and you do three, like when you get your workout in before taking your babe to school, when you show up even when it's hard and inconvenient, when you make an empowered choice rather than a habitual one). So often I see people get defeated, because changes don't happen overnight. Or they focus SO much on an end result, rather than finding the JOY in the journey, celebrating progress instead of perfection, finding pride in the small consistent actions that get you to desire outcomes. I'm not perfect, no, but I do my best. Some people think a healthy lifestyle is expensive and inconvenient, or ALL about vanity. Coming from someone who used to be sick ALL the time and have tons of health issues, someone who's immune system sucked after 9 blood transfusions, years of surgery, medications and not being mindful of what I put in my body, I'll tell ya what... It's a lot cheaper for me invest in good nutrition + daily superfoods and exercise. Truth is- it's less stressful than frequent sickness, colds, medication, down days and co-pays. Plus, as a single mama, it's a must for life to run smoothly and me to be able to best take care of us. What do you do when you're TESTED? Stressed? I'm really curious.๐Ÿ’• Apparently, after my little self pep talk about attitude this morning, and turning it all around, the universe decided it was gonna throw me a few insane curveballs (we won't even go there) to see if I was REALLY leaning into practicing what I freakin' preach. Legit, a Murphy's law type day: anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. There's been a lot of that the past two weeks, and I'm pretty proud of how I have handled it thus far. I know, I know. I'm the positivity queen though. Even the strongest people, have rough days and struggle to bounce back. Ya feel me? I am SO HUMAN and absolutely imperfect. I released resistance (and saged my house๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ™ƒ). I attitude checked myself for what felt like the 457th time.๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป Chugged my pre workout. Zoned it all out, zoned into my well being. I left it ALL on the mat. A double workout, two of the hardest workouts I could pick. When it felt like a struggle and I couldn't do one more, I did THREE. I kicked my own ass harder than anything else has today. For me, sweating is the best therapy. A way to positively move past something, rather than snowballing into the rabbit hole of self pity and using self-sabotaging coping mechanisms that do not honor me or my goals.๐Ÿ’• Sometimes, life is tough...but my darling, SO ARE YOU. The days that are HARD to show up, are the days you need to the MOST.๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Remind yourself, you are a badass. You have SO much to be thankful and grateful for. { I know I do.} You GOT this. "SO. MUCH. FOOD." "I'm so satisfied and love how it's so customizable to what I like!" "So pleasantly surprised!" "I don't even know if I can eat it all!" I've gotten multiple messages since yesterday from women in my Spring RISE UP Bootcamp, about their meal plan! When you eat quality, you get QUANTITY. You HAVE to eat to see results, lose weight and keep your metabolism running it's best. Simple fix. #WIN Anyways, I had to share my SUPER yummy post workout lunch! I was getting a little bored with my prepped meals after a week and a half no kitchen. Gotta switch 'em up this week! This was SO good. Felt fancy although the plastic plate gives me away. HAHA.๐Ÿ˜œ 1 slice whole rye bread (never tried it before!) 1 tsp spicy whole grain mustard leftover chopped rotisserie chicken (skin removed) cherry tomatoes, halved yellow bell peppers, chopped kalamata olives, halved feta cheese crumbles dried basil (fresh would have been better!) Declan is off school this week and just in general, I'm always looking for ways to better blend being a single stay at home, work at home mama running an abundantly BUSY business (so THANKFUL I do what I LOVE everyday + I've worked so hard to have that "issue".), to continue to honor ALL my priorities and the hats I wear, the best I can. This cutie woke me up at 5:15 am. I was like ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„. Then, I reminded myself of that quote. I got up. Meditated. Set my intention for the day. Made a cup of coffee. Got Declan set up with a learning game and breakfast. Reminded myself of my vision, my purpose, my desires, to be the best example I can for those I lead as a coach and mentor as coaches on my team. Reminded myself that CHOICES (and sacrifices) over the past 3+ years, are what has gotten me HERE-- home, present for him, creating my own schedule, freedom to design my days around what matters MOST to me, happy, healthy, energetic, excited about life!โค It takes self motivation, dedication, consistency. It takes drive, heart, hustle. It takes intention, execution, constant reevaluation, GROWTH. I created this reality.๐Ÿ’ซ Did you know YOU can create whatever reality you desire for yourself?! It blows my mind.๐ŸŒธ Sat down with my to do list and put my blinders ON. It's not even 10am and almost my entire work day is DONE. I don't have it all figured out, but-- what I do know is it is EPICLY amazing how MUCH you and your life can change in such a short period of time if you want it to. OH- and I made an appointment to hire a part time virtual assistant, to take care of time sucking activities, so I can continue to honor my priorities and those I serve, in an even greater way. #DoublesWeek ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿฆ„ I never ever EVER usually workout more than 30-40 minutes a day. I follow my current workout to a T. Follow my meal plan closely + fuel body. Drink my supa supa foods to keep my nutrition in check, energy up, cravings down.๐Ÿซ Invest in my mindset daily.๐Ÿ’•#Duh I've seen the best results I ever have in my life...even after gaining 60lbs with my son and it makes it easy. Day 19 of 60๐Ÿ™ˆ all right here's the truth. I've kinda been having to many indulgences this last week. It's funny how it creeps up on you. One minute your making a single choice to have a treat, then all of a sudden your eating 2 servings of ice cream cake. I can speak for Jeff too, it's gotten the best of us.
