Apparently yesterday was the day most people lost traction with their New Year’s Resolutions. Don’t be that guy. If you’d resolved to ‘face your fear’ or ‘try something new’ then do it and keep doing it. 🤘🤩😜💪🎟 #WhistlerBungee#DontDitchYourResolution
Not today, ISIS. You have to wake up pretty early to fool me. Have I been fooled before? Sure. Have I been fooled hundreds of thousands of times? Of course I have, who hasn’t. But not today, friendo. Swipe to read the whole nightmare.
So all foreign nationals are a threat?! What about domestic terrorism?! I mean, you do and No pun intended,"TRUMP" the phrase,"Make America Great Again" yet you've got backwoods, ghettos and farms struggling. Pick a side, fuck. Quit pandering. You've lined your pockets and you're in the black. Time to start acting like the leader of the FREE WORLD! #DontBeThatGuy
Don't put off your healing because you're afraid of what it takes to get to the other side. Here's me being a giant baby with a spliff in the bath, the only place I ever want to be when I don't feel good. I am in the throes of the most intense, physically grueling healing period I've ever experienced. Every feverish day brings new stiff joints, pains under my skin, nausea, and splitting headaches that are most definitely caused by almost three years of self-neglect and not allowing myself to get "too" sick, to take time, to let go.
Most of us go out of our way to avoid this predicament and think ourselves wiser for it. However, the only way your immune system learns to improve its function and serve you better is through challenge. You need to get sick once in a while to calibrate your inner immune capacity with that of the herd, and to tune into your body's abilities to heal itself and give you feedback about your self-care regimens. I'm not saying y'all should run out and lick some doorknobs for fun, but don't be so deathly afraid to allow yourself to fall ill that you live in a sanitized bubble. Don't be one of those people who says, "I never get sick" because baby, I've seen those people when they do get sick, and when they do they get it BAD.
I'm not posting this so you can feel bad for me. I could quit this protocol and feel better tomorrow, but then I'd be further back from where I started from. I'm posting this hilarious, ugly selfie to let you know that no matter where you are on your journey, once in a while you must allow yourself to let go and take care of your unmet needs. Pay attention to them before pathology forces you to. #dontbethatguy#selflove#crybaby#getsicklivelonger#eatass#itsprobablygoodforyou#stoprelyingonthatbodyyy
