House dinners are so much fun! Tonight I made a white bean and spinach soup with vegetable broth, an onion and diced tomatoes. Super easy and healthly! Topped it off with some fresh ciabatta break and some parmasean cheese for a hearty and health dinner. Hope you all had a great Sunday!

Fermented foods are good for your gut health! ✨The microflora in fermented foods protect the intestine lining, increase antibodies, strengthen the immune system, balance the production of stomach acid and digestive discomfort. 🌱RECIPE: pictured are preserved water melon radish and turnips. To pickle the veggies you need to mix equal part white vinegar and boiling water, salt, garlic, bay leaves or dill. The watermelon radish takes on a light pink hue on its own. The fermented turnips will need a small red beet added to the vinegar mixture. Best served after sitting in the fridge for 2-5days. ✨
