Whole 30 Day 21: Meal 3 // Found some inspiration from the @whole30 It Starts with Food book to make this insanely awesome ground beef curry. First I roasted cauliflower, carrots, and tomatoes in curry powder. Then I cooked ground beef, added cauli rice, and seasoned the mixture with more curry and coconut milk. We both agreed this might have been our favorite meal so far during our Whole 30. Sometimes the most random sounding concoctions end up being the best!
