If you took two individuals that both weigh 150 pounds, one of them lifts weights, while the other likes munching honey 🍯 buns while binge watching season 3 of “friends” for the 13th time this month.
The individual that lifts weights, is more likely to wear a smaller pants size than their sloth-like counterpart!
A pound of fat still weighs as much as a pound of muscle 💪. However, muscle is much more dense and takes up significantly much less space!
Two goals for 2018 are sleep more and talk less. By talk less, only speak to add value or to be positive, to share love and to be supportive. .
