Dialing in diet, training, and supplements. These last 5 days, I’ve worked on consistency. Eating the same types of meals, doing the same amount of cardio, adding in greens, post-workout nutrition, etc. And it’s working incredibly well! (Before and After picture is in my story) . My point is to show everyone that making change in yourself is 100% possible. Find some healthy meals you like, figure out your least dreaded form of cardio, and lift weights for 30-40 min a day. Practice this for a week straight and snap another picture. . Mini steps of progress is the key my friends. Progress builds confidence. Confidence breeds motivation. Motivation reinforces consistency. It’s a giant perpetual circle that works off itself.

My favourite drill to add into your Pistol Squat training - it’s fun, effective, provides extra and adjustable support and allows you to control the difficulty by one partner providing as much ‘pull’ support is needed. A great way to work the mobility needed to get into the full, low position under control with your leg fully extended and practice coming back up again. Some coaching queues... ▫️ 🔫 Hold hands and extend the OPPOSITE leg.. 🔫 TENSE and straighten the extended leg...get into the habit of keeping the extended leg tense and fully extended as soon as you can 🔫 Stay on your heel the whole time and drive the floor away with your supporting heel to to come back up...not your toes 🔫 Use your partner as much as is needed, gradually working towards doing it unassisted ▫️ 💡If you lack the required ankle mobility (dorsi flexion) to get into the bottom position, try standing on a plate (weight, not dinner 😬😂) or something that allows you to raise your heel off the ground...but always aim to stay ON that heel. ▫️ Have a great weekend 💪💪 ▫️ #Calisthenics #PistolSquats

In mijn beleving was een personal trainer toch een soort van luxeproduct, die aan de slag ging met een BN’er die weinig tijd had, wel veel geld en zich in korte tijd klaar wilde stomen of juist voor die persoon die – met alle respect – geen flauw benul had hoe gezonder te gaan leven en op een verantwoorde manier door sporten af kon vallen. Do you find yourself swimming in thoughts of the dreaded comparison game when you're scrolling through social media? I swear... it literally breaks my heart. I can tell by the messages i get that so many don't even really know that what they're looking for or they tell me they're trying to achieve isn't a real thing... THANK YOU filters and apps!!! I know in my videos I have to control my first Thoughts when I see them. I always think "Kelly, you look way too muscular in this video or from this angle or with this lighting.". The fact of the matter is that's just not true because I freely give information about my stats all the time. I am 102 lbs, 5'4" and about 16% body fat. That is reality, no filter. Lol So I quickly call on the EVIDENCE I know to be true and post the video or the pic in spite of my initial thoughts of a nanosecond. Hahaha I post because I am beyond driven to be a part of the solution. The solution that YOU are able to live as your BEST self mentally, spiritually, and physically. It is my entire heart's purpose. If each and every one of us is able to provide our Best, happiest, most fulfilled self to this world, then peace, love, acceptance, and abundance can't NOT exist for each and every one of us.
