Abs still faded at the moment due to cheat December but coming back fast with little to no muscle loss. Been #intermittentfasting#weighttraining#sprinting and #keto this whole month with a #cheatday every 7th day. I don't count calories, I count #macros. I personally(everyone is different) make sure I'm under 20grams of carbs(leafy greens and avocado only), 105g-112g of protein(food only no powder), and fat varies on how I feel since fat is my main fuel source.. not carbs.
