5 simple guidelines to reduce plastic in your daily life to help prevent the pollution of the oceans:
1. Stop using plastic straws. You can enjoy drinks without them. Or use @wearesorbos. These are edible and biodegradable straws. You can also invest in metal, glass, or bamboo reusable straws.
2. Reuse cups or buy biodegradable bamboo cups which you can use every day and hand to your local barista. Don’t take your coffee away in single use coffee cups. Get some ideas & amazing items at @sharquarium !!!
3. Use cosmetic products that do not contain microplastics. Ask in your local drug store for microplastic free natural personal care products.
4. Take reusable bags with you when you go shopping. Don't use a new plastic bag every single time you go shopping.
5. Carry your fruits and vegetables in paper bags, don’t purchase single wrapped pieces. Think about which items you can skip the produce bag for - do you really need one for an orange? Do mushrooms need to come in a plastic container? Skip the plastic and buy in bulk!
My Fitness journey started over 10 years ago when I tipped the scale @ 325lbs. I have many stories that led me to change my eating habits and make the gym & fitness a part of my life. One that pops to mind was at Six Flags Great Adventure, a place I loved a lot, I joined a hour long line to get on the Batman ride. When I finally reached the front and sat in the ride, it took 3 of the teenage staff members along with myself to close the harness because of how fat I was. I was so embarrassed that day, with everyone staring & waiting to get on with their ride, staring as they tirelessly struggled to close the harness. The thing is, I was more mad at myself for being in that situation all because I wasn’t living a healthy lifestyle or had a clue what portion control was & knowing what the body needs compared to what the mind thinks it wants.

Got paid whilst at the gym, I don't share the system I use to lose weight, build lean muscle and gain more energy for the money though. Yes it's nice and pays part of my own products I use.
However, I share it because it's changed my life, helping me lose the weight I struggled with for so many years, snoring less in my sleep (I've been tracking this and my gf have told me that I haven't really been snoring in my sleep!). Now I can help other people's lives for the better by following a simple lifestyle system.
People say MLM is a scam business but if you think about internet marketing/affiliate marketing or any kind of business - are you not just sharing a product that works to people and get paid for it? The difference is you probably don't know whether it works for that person or not.
The system we use, we actually get to follow the journey of our customers, help them, support them and watch their transformations, which is much more rewarding than giving them a product and not know how they get on with it.
P.S - You've got to watch The Greatest Showman 🤣

Practicing gratitude on a daily basis is very powerful and can turn your life around for the better. I invite you to do it, write it down, think about it, or say it out loud. So, what are you grateful for today on this beautiful Monday?
Who has tried Health freak cafe? 😍 I’ve never been disappointed with their fresh, tasty and healthy food!! No plain quinoa crap here 🙅🏻♀️ Here is my grilled chicken with mango sauce, oh lordy it was great 🙌🏻 Plus a slimmer juice with orange, lemon, beetroot, spinach and carrot... bit if a bang but tasty! 🍋
Yesterday I deleted a post whinging about a costly and smashed sliding door, when I got a message from one of my dearest friends who is going through an unimaginable hell at the moment.
I thought to myself, how dare I complain. How dare I complain, when my son is healthy. How dare I whine about money, when Matt and I have jobs, a home and cars to get us there. How dare I complain about my body and feeling too exhausted, when it is growing another baby and a girl for that matter and in that moment I became so grateful.
Before you start complaining today, about bills or food or what your life is lacking - make sure you aren't playing victim to a circumstance of your own making. Every body whinges, everyone (especially me) at one time or another. But what I've realised is when you stop being grateful for what you have in your life. Life will stop rewarding you. I guarantee it.
