PTWk1D3 completed a day late due to overtime in work yesterday, gave me a chance to really take time on it today and boy did it kick my arse!! Mangaged 9 half burpees total over 2 rounds but that’s better than none last week!! Recorded my times and mods so I can see where I improve, both were under 7 mins (just) but only did the half burpees I could manage and 20 each on the shoulder presses and side shuffles. But it's truly blocking you from true love and connection. • Figure out the pattern. Where did you learn this? Did you have an authoritarian parent? Did you have to people please to earn love and attention? Were you taught to be the nice girl? • So love yourself. Give yourself all the love, acceptance and attention that you are expecting from him. It's about him because you make it about him. He's about him. And you are about him. That is a match made in heaven. It's about time you make it about you.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking this last weekend about how I was following this program . I have been following the program about 85% and really am inspired this month to give it 110% . I debated if I should just refocus on my week 6 or start all over. I’ve decided it best to start all over !! Today is #weekonedayone of the program and me holding my self more accountable!!
