Want to really target your chest while doing presses? Try adding #bloodflowrestriction to your tool belt. Coach @ericcafferty puts the squeeze to Tom Ross using this technique. Occluding the blood in the arms makes the #triceps fatigue at a much faster rate, thus adding more resistance and isolation to the chest. Looking for a new way to kill your arm workout? Add in blood flow restriction training. 🙃🤘🏻On your last exercise, wrap your upper arm with a tourniquet (yes, sounds weird). 1) drop weight to 20% of your 1rm, 2) complete 30 reps, 3) rest 30 seconds, 4) then 15 reps x 3, keeping a 32 second rest time. #ded You can tell by my face it ain't easy.
