ya girl has been MIA...I was originally just taking some time off of social media to reflect on myself and my goals and to tell myself that it’s okay. It’s Okay to miss a gym sesh one day,youre not going to get fat. It’s okay to eat carbs (my old habits stated forming again in my mind of #foodfear ), because you’re NOT going to get fat. It’s OKAY to have cellulite on the back of your thighs, your whole body can’t be toned and perfect because I am NOT perfect and this body is only temporary. But I AM going to treat it like a temple because it’s the only body I’m getting. I’m going to exercise but not over do it. I’m going to eat GOOD carbs that will fuel my body. and MOST IMPORTANTLY I’m going to love my cellulite on the back of my thighs because I am beautifully and wonderfully made by an AWESOME creator❤️❤️ sometimes I’m scrolling through insta and I see all these beautiful ladies and start to feel sorry for myself because I work so hard in the gym and eat healthy but all I can think is “why don’t I look like that” WELL Regan you don’t look like that because you look like you!!! Anywayyyyssss sorry for the rant! I now have the flu🤒🤦🏻‍♀️ so I’m trying to beat that and I made the mistake of working out today thinking I felt better but ERROR! Lolz jokes it only made me feel worse😩 so chilling in bed and sipping on some tea☕️and studying🤓 and recovering!
