Most of you know that I'm big on hydration first thing out of bed in the morning. I follow my mason jar of water with a delicious warm herbal superfood elixer. I change it up from time to time, but a few ingredients remain constant. It gives my body everything it needs to re alkaline, remain inflammation free, and provided with healthy fats and nutrients for happy gut flora. I look so forward to this morning ritual which serves as a coffee substitute and kick starts my energy for my jam packed day.

I had my second @otfhawthorn session for the week. 😛😛 648 calories burnt in my 1 hour endurance session- it was tough but you know what pushed me through!? The little quotes that are stuck on the wall above the treadmills. The one that kept me pushing that little bit more tonight was ‘be the best version of you’!! That is exactly what I work towards everyday🍊💪🏾 oh and a Clauds fact for you ... 99% of the time I always workout with a headband. It’s just my thing 💁🏽♀️
