Hey, did you know you can make your own bath bombs for a fraction of the cost of the fancy ones from Lush? You totally can. I make a big batch of these every few months and save myself a ton of money.
1 cup Baking Soda
1/2 cup Citric Acid
1/2 cup Corn Starch
1/2 cup Epsom Salt
1/4 cup Coconut Oil (or Avocado oil. Or shea butter. Whatevs.)
30ish drops of essential oils
Food Color (I don't really use this, but it's totally an option.)
- Mix dry ingredients. - Melt coconut oil and then add essential oils of choice. - Mix oil into dry ingredients well. -Slowly add water while mixing (it'll fizz a bit, just keep mixing and it will calm down) until it gets to the texture of wet sand. It should be able to hold a shape. - Put into whatever mold you want. I use an old mini muffin tin. - Let dry for at least 24 hours. .
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! ❤❤
