Perfect snack to keep blood sugars stable. Pumpkin seeds coated in baobab, spirulina and spices.
Pumpkin seeds are full of chromium which helps regulate blood sugar and helps insulin transport glucose into cells.
Baobab is a fruit rich in soluble fibre and polyphenols which both help reduce the glycaemic response.
Spirulina naturally loses blood sugar levels, strengthens the effect of insulin, lowers liver fat and improves neuropathic conditions.
We make our own but if you don't have a dehydrator, our friends @wearerawliving sell the delicious crunchy spirulina seed packs. The pumpkin seeds they sell are the best!

Baobab: The Impressive Pregnancy Superfood
Pregnancy is one of the most important times to stay healthy and ensure that you have all the vitamins and minerals you need to grow a new life. As well as a balanced diet and exercise, pregnant women should take vitamin supplements, such as calcium or folic acid, to fill any nutritional shortfalls. Luckily there’s an impressive superfood that’s well up to this nutritional task. Baobab is a nutritional supplement that has long been a central part of African prenatal care, thanks to its high concentration of vitamins, fibre and antioxidants.
Baobab has long been linked to a healthy pregnancy. Known as ‘the tree of life,’ the Baobab tree and its fruit have had a close cultural association with pregnancy and childbirth for millennia in large parts of Africa. The trunks of the tree itself are even used as used as birthing places in some Tanzanian tribes.
What’s more, Baobab contains a range of vitamins and nutrients that are important for prenatal health.
Químicamente hablando, el chocolate es realmente el alimento perfecto del mundo😃🍫🍃👉🇮🇹⬇️
The juvenile me always wanted to walk through the Avenue of Baobab but then I realized there’s so much more to explore in this country. Tsingy de Bemaraha offered different biospheres with unique fauna and flora species. Different colours of lemurs jumping among the limestone forest. Also canoeing on the remote Tsirbihina River for days and camping along the shore. Playing with the local kids and offered them packages of biscuits. My new friend Tiff told me I must open the package and take out the biscuits for them because they don’t know what is packaging. She also taught me about feminism in Madagascar. Always learn something new from Tiff. Long bumpy and winding drive between cites might be challenging. The wheels occasionally fell off was also not surprising. This all made the view of sunset at the Baobab Avenue even more rewarding. Thank you for your hospitality Madagascar. Great people and one-of-a-Kind geology. #madagascar#travel#africatravel#lemur#tsingy#baobab#travelmadagascar
