Why do I push fitness consulting?
As someone who lifted for a few years without guidance I understand how hard is to get started with the process/progress effectively. Starting Cook Fitness has allowed for to not only further my passion helping people achieve their ideal bodies but also help guide them to living a healthier life.
Why hire a coach?
Reliability - My main goal will be to ensure that you achieving your goals and calling out any bullshit.
Guidance - There is no need to spend years on the internet and in books conducting research on the best way to get bigger biceps or a smaller waist because I have already done that.
Focus - Fitness is so much more than lifting in the gym, a fitness coach can help keep you focused on what's important. -
Honestly, fitness is a lifelong journey that doesn't become easy until you make it easy and effective. -

The trips are so fun, and it’s important to me to contribute financially and relieve that pressure on our family – but in all honesty, the root of why I do what I do comes from a small moment of realization I had 2.5 years ago sitting in car outside a doctor’s appointment crying. Yes, I felt chubby, old and tired, and like my hormones were out of control but more than that …
I felt like a failure.
I felt horrible about myself.
When we don’t feel good about ourselves, that lack of self-confidence impacts everything in daily life … work, family, parenting, friendships, our attitude and mood. It’s not about being skinny or fitting into some sort of societal mold for what is pretty; it’s about taking steps to do what YOU need to do to help YOU feel good about yourself. That can impact everything.
I love helping people feel better about themselves, like this has done for me.

Healthy take on veggie fried rice 🍚 , this recipe is low carb, doesn't have too much sodium and definitely fills any craving for traditional fried rice! Chinese food can be filled with sodium, hormone disrupting oils and lots of carbs. DM for recipe 🍛
😳😳😳😳 Today’s workout was less reps but heavier weights 💪
For some reason I thought less reps meant this was going to be easier but going up in weights made this workout so challenging. By the end I couldn’t even finish all 10 triceps push ups. I think I got 5 done in the time the cast did 10. It was my 3rd round of them and last move of a 60 minute workourt and I was burnt out but proud because Instead of quitting all together I did what I could in that time frame!😊 I’m really excited because I was able to do moves this week that I could not do last week or the week before when I was testing the program out with a little obsessed!
I’m already seeing growth in strength in 1 week which is awesome! 💃
I can’t wait to see what I’ll be doing on day 80👌

Happy Monday!!! I love the start of a new week, fresh beginnings! Never miss a Monday right?!?! . .
Pre-workout meal pictured is ham, zucchini and quinoa muffins, with turkey sausage and green beans from last night’s dinner, odd combo but it all tasted great! .
Day 8 Cardio Core is ✅ I was able to go up in weight and up in bands. I feel 💪 stronger!
This snack is saving me these days. I am ALL about making protein or fat balls to snack on during the week, but lately I’ve been to busy to make those and in a rut for new flavors. @realfoodology shared these recently and I haven’t been without since! This is probably my favorite flavor so far. They also make nut mixes (i got the one with a balsamic glaze 😋). I throw one bag in my purse so I’m never hungry!
Here I was trying out the Semi-Circle exercise for the first time. There are quite a few details to be mindful about while preforming it but after a few repetitions I think I've got it😄 I felt a very satifying strech in my spine while doing it😍

Guys, tomorrow starts 2 days in a row of 3am workouts and I'm SO SAD 😭😅 seriously wtf though. I'm committed but that doesn't mean I enjoy waking up before the birds.
I've been sitting here trying to think of what to write in this post and I've got nadda.
BUT I have had a few of you reach out about me modifying my meal plan and what not, and I want to say I am honored to be your role model for balance 🙏🏻 Every fucking time someone thinks about Beachbody groups they think you have to be ALL IN 100% PERFECT. Do you have any idea how many people get scared off and self sabotage because of that thought? Lol Are there times I totally vibe out with sticking to my workouts and meal plans 💯%? You bet! But the majority of the time I find IMMENSE JOY in finding what works for my mind/body/spirit 👏🏻 Because that’s what makes it possible for me to share this journey with you after nearly 3 years! From the girl who would avoid the gym like the plague because I knew I wouldn't be able to focus when thinking everyone was staring at me... to the girl who abused alcohol and food, and who struggled so greatly my self worth.
SOOOO.... yeah, I like balance because it feels good and keeps my mind healthy and happy. I can exercise and eat out of love and not fear and that my friends, is success ⚡️ Make your healthy changes, honor your intuition and what feels good for YOU! And can we please ditch the guilt? That'd be #grool

Went to the gym this morning.
It was fantastic because I didn’t have to get up and go outside in -25 weather to get to the car and warm it up.
I didn’t have to wait for anyone to finish using any of the equipment and I was in an out within an hour.
Everything was right where I wanted it and I even had a personal trainer telling me what to do and how to get the most out of my hour workout.
