Lately, conventional deadlifts have been feeling amazing and flying up!
Always been my favorite exercise 😋
•Deadlift/Back Workout 🦍•
- Worked w/ 80% of 1RM (315lbs) for 4 sets of 5
- 1st Video: 1st Set of 315
- 2nd Video: 4th (last) Set of 315
The last set felt just as great and went up just as fast as the first set. I felt like using the @sbdapparel knee sleeves helped because I could keep the bar against my shin w/o it scratching/hurting.
- 3rd Video: Worked w/ 52% of 1RM for an AMRAP. Got 15 reps! 💪🏽
