Today I hit back and biceps. Two muscle groups that I am working to build up during this bulk. Nothing is more motivating than seeing your physique improve after consistently putting in hard work. This is just a pump, and will go away by the end of the day, but the motivation it brings to keep pushing forward will remain! Keep chasing your goals everyone! You just have to take it day by day!

Weifhed in sub 230 today, I'm feeling great, even 2.5 months into this cut! However, holy imbalances Batman, I had no idea my back is this out of alignment. My t3-t4 has been out of whack since the Army days, I never paid much attention to it but it is pronounced as hell today, from my shoulders sitting unevenly and my chest collapsing to the left. Time to get some crack-a-lackin done!
