This is becoming a familiar scene: the roads leading up to the museum are still pretty icy and so we will be closed again today. We do have the office open for processing online orders and handling administrative business. Stay safe out there!
Reminiscing about warmer weather, Michelle and Johnny’s rustic outdoor Fall wedding is featured on the blog! These two exchanged vows at an outdoor amphitheater in the woods, then rocked and partied the night away dancing to a live band. I’d say you could call that a perfect end to the evening. 🌌 To see more photos from their day, head over to the blog, link is in the bio! You’ll love all the special details they included on their day! [Tap photo for most vendors] 🌿
Join us on Saturday, January 27th for a 26-mile mixed surface road ride featuring some of the best gravel roads in the Blowing Rock area. Ride will start at Rhoddie Bicycle Outfitters at 9am and finish at Camp Coffee Roasters for a much needed hot cup of coffee.
Average ride pace will be 15 mph and include regroups at bottom of Holloway Mountain Road, top of Old Turnpike and top of Flannery Fork. Riders are responsible for knowing the directions. We will have printed directions for each rider.
In the event of extreme weather we will make a call on the ride Friday, January 26th by 5pm.
