How i plan to stay on track 👉🏻 don’t keep shitty food in the house 👌🏻😂 that simple! Make a plan and stick to it - eat your veggies 💚, eat some fruit💜, plenty of protein❤️, carbs💛, and some healthy fats 💙 This is the concept i had the HARDEST time accepting - your results are going to come from what you EAT not how you workout 😳 you could train harder than anyone but if your crushing fast food, sweets, and alcohol, you’ll never get the results you want 🙅🏻♀️ Make the change in the kitchen FIRST, you’re either fueling your body or killing it 🤘🏻

Tonight's addition of good food that looks like crap:crockpot vegetarian chili with spaghetti squash, shredded Rotisserie chicken topped with sour cream and cheese
Sautee an onion, 3 peppers, 2 jalapeños and 2 carrots. Pour into the crockpot with a large can of black beans, 2 cans of fire roasted tomatoes and cumin, oregano and chili powder. Cook on high for 4ish hours.
Bake a spaghetti squash in the oven.
Mix all of it together, remember you have chicken in the fridge, ask @chillguyx9 to get sour cream because you forgot and serve.
Goes really well with tostitos.
