“To make sure life is never a bore.
Chase what has not been done before.” @alexipappas
never thought I’d find myself “running in the woods” for FUN (in december!) and feeling completely mesmerized by the openness and quiet that surrounded me.
here’s to chasing more of what we have not done before in 2018.
Sharing my journey on Instagram started out as a hobby...
Then a part time more serious hobby 😂
Then it grew into something that has now become my passion to make a full time job
sure it’s a little weird being so open on social media but it’s opened up doors for me...like being able to work with @_greydolphin studio, a brand that 100% aligns with everything I believe in
It was a nice little reminder today during our shoot, that if you begin to act like the person you keep saying you want to be ...and do the things the type of person you aspire to be, does ...the universe/God/whatever you believe in, opens up the perfect opportunities for you 🔮
Life (and fitness) is all about celebrating the little wins, because that makes the big wins that much better. And today I celebrated the biggest win I’ve had in a long time🎉🤗
I weighed myself for the first time in over 6 months, and I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been.. so why is that a win? Because although I weighed myself for the first time in 6 months, it was also the first time in 8 years (😱) that I stepped on a scale and didn’t cry, want to cry or feel panicked (even when I was underweight). It was the first time in over 8 years that my weight didn’t make me feel like my world was ending. —
Although I’m not extremely happy with my weight right now (I need to remember I’m doing a mini bulk), I feel motivated instead of defeated. I am comfortable in my skin and my world does not revolve around the number on the scale. I remember the days I used to weigh myself every. Single. Day. And if I was even a half a pound higher than I was the day before I’d break down in tears. —
Although I still have a long way to go with healing and recovery, this is a win. I feel lighter. I am at a place I never in a million years thought I’d be both mentally and physically. I am healthy. And I am so lucky to be where I am. It gets better. Have faith in yourself and trust the process💪🏻
I love travelling because it makes me think my life in other perspectives. I can focus on training, reading, relaxing and just be. It gives more space for the new thoughts. Can you relate? 🙏🌎💚 Good night. 🌟 #athlete#adidaswomen#dubai#travelling

Here are some fat burning tips that worked for me back in May when I was a McChunkChunks lol. I was able to drop 10 lbs pretty quickly...refer to transformation photo a few posts back.
When it came to cheat meals...I made a deal with myself...”If you can stay on track for 7 days in a row, on the 8th day you can reward yourself.” And still I never overdid it. I kept the cheat at 600 cals or less!
Now I don’t count cals and I more so eat intuitively...but at the beginning I needed that discipline...and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Try these tips and lemme know they work for ya.
Fitmas day 16! 😘✌🏽
One year ago vs today. //🙈🙈🙈// I don’t even know where to begin. I used to look at other fitness accounts and wish I looked this way or that way lacking confidence in myself. One year ago I decided to start living life for myself and putting ME FIRST. I focused on my health, my eating habits, and removed myself from social binge drinking.
// This is the result of focus, dedication, and proper fitness education & technique. I have to thank my coach @thankstosh for a large portion of this transformation. Thank you for being a hard ass and for teaching me how to move and understand my body. I also want to thank @drkev_hybrid and @hartrehab of @myodetox for fixing my pelvic tilt and also teaching me more about my body with every session.
//A huge thank you to each of my followers for all the support over this past year. You keep me motivated and accountable and i can’t thank you enough!!! .
// This is just the beginning of what’s to come. Goals are being set for 2018 and I suggest you do the same. You can change your life if you just give yourself a chance and put yourself and your health first. //✖️✖️✖️//
