I’ve seen progress in my strength the past 4 months! Physical and mental. 💪🏼🧠💜👊🏼 .
Especially in the past month of doing one of the most intense programs that the company has ever come out with, I’ve been pushing myself to finish the reps and do more than I think I can! 😃.
I’ve learned that if you really want to see a change in yourself, not just physically, then you need a challenge. .
I LOVE being a part of a challenge group. Every day. I believe consistency is also key if you want to see results, and having accountability and inspiration and encouragement from others helps you show up and continue on your journey! 👏🏼
I’m happy with my progress on my own journey, but I have so much more to improve on. That’s why I show up in my group each day! And I want to help others on their journey. 💜
If you’re READY for a challenge and to improve your overall health with having awesome workouts, proper nutrition, and a community of support, then you can join my group and get going for MARCH (coming up!!) .
I have 4 spots to fill for our MARCH challenge THIS WEEK, and the first 2 friends to commit and sign up for this challenge will receive a $25 Amazon or NIKE gift card from me!! 👊🏼😁
Drop your email in the comments or DM me if you want in! 💌
💙 WALKING 💙
Feeling so very lucky to have this space - to breathe in this air - to sit in these moments where the sunsrays appear to kiss the sea, and the sand, and my heart 💛
I’ve been posting a running diary for someone who asked me to as they’d been getting back into running themselves - However what I haven’t mentioned is that every day for many many months now I’ve been walking. Walking miles and miles. Walking alone mostly, but sometimes when I’m lucky I have a friend to walk with. In these last couple of months I’ve had a wonderful spirited puppy to walk with. Walking has done for me what I imagine running does for a lot of people. It has given me a sense of calm amidst the turbulent mind of overthinking. I always hoped running would give me this but I find my competitive brain goes into overdrive and either tries to run faster than before or berates myself for being too slow .. I am giving myself permission to just be .. whether that be walking, or running, or Yoga. No pressure, no competition, no evil gremlin thoughts.
Today I walked. Everyday I walk. Everyday I feel very lucky that I am able to walk. Everyday I am thankful that I am in a beautiful place to be able to calm the anxious mind with a freedom that’s eluded me in the past.
With love this day x
