I will never give up.
This lift made me a junior national champion. Went 2/6, barely posted a total, but I did what I came to do. A couple goals have to be put on hold for now but that’s okay, but I’ll also never be satisfied. I’m excited to train for my first international competitions this year, where I will be doing much bigger things. I apologize for making faces and for not being obviously excited about my performance. I have had a very difficult cut that began in November with a lot of struggles, and I definitely was feeling the consequences today. But please know I am thrilled to finally achieve triple gold and be a champion nationally for the very first time. It’s hard to describe, but sometimes you have such high expectations for yourself that even great steps in my career are easy to forget. At the end of the day, I’m blessed I am able to finish this competition and I know I gave it my all despite having an off day. Thank you so much @rachelvibert@bradyvibert5 for getting me here, @nye___nye for the constant support, and @teamhercwl for knowing what I need, even when I have awful days. Shoutout to @unitedlifters for the love and being the best cheerleader/sponsor. It’s time to relax in Cabo and recoup for some intense training in the coming months. Thanks to everyone for believing in me!!

ไม่ว่าเป้าหมายตอนนี้จะเป็น เพิ่มกล้าม หรือ ลดไขมัน ท่าและการออกกำลังกายนั้นจริงๆไม่ต่างกัน แต่สิ่งที่ต้องทำและจะทำให้ต่างคือ ปริมาแคลอรี่ที่ทานในแต่ละวัน แต่หลายคนเชื่อว่าอยากลดไขมันต้องออกกำลังแบบ HIIT หรือ Circuit ซึ่งก็จริงเพราะทำพวกนี้ ทำให้เราสามารถ เผาผลาญแคลอรี่ได้มากกว่าการเล่นท่าเดียวแล้วพัก เช่นตัวอย่าง คนนึงเล่นยกหนักๆท่านึงแล้วพัก กับอีกคนเล่น circuit แบบพักน้อยมาก ถ้าแคลอรี่ต่อวันติดลบเหมือนกัน ทั้งสองคนลดไขมันได้เหมือนกัน
