#thr#throwbackthursday 💓 I only ever do these when I'm feeling low tbh... as they say "don't look back unless your checking how far you've come" I have severe issues with the way I see myself (I still see the person on the left) hence why I have an obsession with exercise and healthy eating, (I even made my dad order a healthy takeaway on Saturday from David Teals the Turkish restaurant in finedon - it's really tastey but he was fuming he didn't get chips 🙄) I wouldn't dare come in from work sit on the sofa and order a pizza, not because I don't want to, I love pizza 🙈but because I feel guilty... my mum told me that's not right on Saturday 😣 If I want "cheat foods" and free time I feel I have to earn it, which is hard when your at work on your bum for 9.5 hours a day. If I don't exercise for at least 90 mins a day even if I'm tired I feel guilty, if I have a rest day it will still include a good hours walk with my dog around the village, it consumes my whole day to day life & it's exhausting, sometimes I don't even have energy to open my messages from friends 😣 I always feel like Im fighting a loosing battle as I never feel good enough for myself - Obviously I know when I'm getting a bit obsessed, but when other people point it out to you it hits home a little; so I am having a rest day on Saturday 😊the thing is exercising is a coping mechanism for how I do see my reflection and also keeps my overactive mind at bay; I guess a benefit of being the way I am means I get visible abs! The wife had half a bag of 30kg landscaping stones left...hummm...that's 15kg (33lbs) I can deadlift. Not that heavy so it's going to be a high rep set to feel the burn...but it should work regardless!!! #infinitylifefitness
Haferflockensuppe 😂 Die Konsistenz hat sich beim Abkühlen noch verbessert 😉 Leider hat sich heute das Proteinpulver nicht so richtig aufgelöst, warum auch immer 🤔 Aber es war trotzdem schön mal wieder Haferflocken zu frühstücken 😊 und geschmeckt hat es trotz allem! Jetzt geht es weiter mit meiner Hausarbeit 📝
Did yoga tonight with Dad and he said I was supposed to sleep at the end as its now rest time. The whole session seemed quite relaxing. So different to my boxing or HIIT classes but really could get used to this. Flexibility come at me!
