Flaunting my slightly rounder middle 😂 but it won't be like that for long with these @resultswithlucy workouts! Literally today's workout was like some sort of sick joke 🍅🍅 two really intense lower body videos which I added a resistance band to the first and then the bloody destroyer popped up 😭😭😭 literally wanted to punch my TV (no offence @resultswithcecilia 😂) even after 6 months off while at the gym I didn't forget about how horrendous that video was 🙃

Just a few snippets from tonight’s workout! •
I’ve not been feeling too well this week but finally today I felt much better and ready to get back on it. Instead of a HIIT Harder workout, I did Full Body Pilates with Lisa and Lucy, from the Video Bank on @resultswithlucy. As much as I am obsessed with HIIT Harder, I really fancied a short workout that involved Lisa and her Pilates moves! The thing I love about the new format of the Results with Lucy website is that I was able to filter by the time I had (20 minutes) and also filter by trainer! I usually stick with HIIT Harder so haven’t utilised these filters yet but this evening they were my saviour as I needed to ease back into things rather than be met with burpees! •
Just shows that it doesn’t have to be a really long and sweaty workout to make you feel great! Just get moving and you’ll feel fab for it!
